Lopes Taupe

This beauty has been retrieved from our archive and still feels ahead of its time. Lopes is set on a broader toed last than a standard cupsole trainer and is underlaid with a tan leather welt. This creates a striking individual look with a slightly deeper profile. The body is made from soft taupe calf nubuck with a tan leather trim at the heel. Nubuck is a full grain leather with the surface lightly buffed to create a soft, matt finish - eminently finer than suede. The design is a ‘lace-to-toe’ with twin stitch row detail and light cushioning on the collar and tongue. Inside there is a full calf leather lining and cushioned leather insole. The white rubber cupsole has a grey outer tread and is secured with a side stitch.
