Idbury Tan

Our Goodyear welted monk shoe is a formal traditional style made from pristine, antique finished calf leather. Layers of dye are applied by hand to build a depth of colour before meticulous polishing. The Dark tan is complemented with antiqued brass buckles. Inside we’ve included a full leather lining and leather insole with an additional cushioned leather heel pad. The upper is Goodyear welted to a leather sole. The Goodyear construction stitches the upper to the sole through a welt, which runs round the outside of the shoe keeping water away from the upper.
