Balivanich Grey

Our new technical sports hiker on a Vibram Arctic Grip sole. Balivanich is made from Repello calf suede from the famous Steads tannery in Leeds. The suede is treated with a powerful water repellent and lined with a semi permeable ‘bag’ membrane, keeping water out, but allowing the feet to breathe. We’ve included a deep cushioned leather insock and padded leather lined tongue top and collar for additional comfort with two top ski hooks. The Vibram sole is all rubber with the Vibram Ghiaccio rubber grip outsole and rubber mono density EVA midsole. This combination gives excellent foot support, cushions impacts and also provides a wider cleated base in a slip resistance compound to reduce sliding in icy conditions.
